Tansalea. 2004 Trakehner mare by Kitfox(by Amiego, out of Konsula by Consul):
Tansalea is out of Tansanita Vom Castell, our founding broodmare. I purchased Tansanita Vom Castell and shipped her home once "Little Tansy" was weaned. I really wanted Tansalea as well, but could not afford her. However, in early 2009 I found a sales ad for her crossbred colt, and inquired to see how she was doing. I made an offer on her, even though she wasn't for sale, and brought her home. She thrived here and produced a gorgeous colt for me in 2010. After he was weaned, I sold her to a trainer in WI. She has put her under saddle and over fences, and when she lost the lease on her farm in 2013 I was happy to take her back here. She has an auto swap, minimal show prep, great equitation, jumper,event and junior/amateur horse for the A's. She is a forward mare that we are proud to offer to a discriminating buyer. She has been back in full training with Amber Bauman at Valley View Acres in Woodstock IL for easy viewing.
